The High Desert Tea Party formed on April 15, 2010 when organizers Clint Air and Bill Jensen ran radio spots on a local radio station to announce the event. Attendance of over 500 folks in the Concert Hall at the Cocky Bull Restaurant exceeded all expectations as the Cocky Bull parking lot overflowed into the adjacent vacant lot. It’s quite an experience being in a room with hundreds of other people who all feel the same way about the major issues facing us today in the political arena.
